City of Montrose Planning Board 

The City of Montrose Planning Board exists to guide public and private development efforts and administer related City ordinances fairly. They operate under the direction of the City Council while utilizing the City’s Master Plan.  The Planning Board meetings serve as a forum where the views and interests of the community can be shared by people who are impacted by specific projects or changes The ultimate goal of the Planning Board is to improve the quality of life in the community and help make the City of Montrose a better place in which to live and work and to visit.
